Out from the Shadows - Guest on The Zone Show

The lastest show I was a guest on was called the Zone show with host: Tom Evans ; This wonderful 30 min show we cover a whole lot of information. I would like to point out yes we talk about me and my work and more importantly we talk about a subject that none of us really want to face and that is our shadow.

What is the shadow? Well what Psychologist and Mystic Carl Jung believed was this:

‘‘The shadow,’’ wrote Jung (1963), is ‘‘that hidden, repressed, for the most part inferior and guilt-laden personality whose ultimate ramifications reach back into the realm of our animal ancestors and so comprise the whole historical aspect of the unconscious’’ (cited in Diamond, p. 96)

I have only experienced what I thought was a migraine once in my life... I know many people that suffer from them and I can tell you how horrible they can be. I can tell you that meditation can help with most if not all things in our lives. Anytime we can slow down our mind and allow it to just be it will be a good thing for our health and well being. Basically, she was talking about the lessons she learned about being a human manikin and making money on a box on the street while she was trying to work on getting her music career to take off...

The contact and connection she found with people was inspiring to her and as she Couched Surfed and road the waive of life and as she did that.. she realized that there was a give and take within the world ... and as she put out there she got back just as much... So she continued and one day realized that she would when she could give her music away for free....

Meditation may slow brain matter loss due to aging

(NaturalNews) As this author has stated before, science likes to intervene in just about all human activities to give an "authoritative" perspective on whatever all of us do or don't do. Wrong, right or indecisive, most folks need "scientific authority" to grant a stamp of approval or disapproval on almost anything we do these days.

I have been meditating now since 1997... I can tell you that Meditation has changed my life in so many ways. I can also tell you clearing my mind and having focus has not been easy. It took and still takes constant practice.

What I have found is I can take the practices and lessons I learn from meditation to all areas of my life and help me find focus in many things. A focused calm mind helps us to find balance and success in our lives, relationships, work etc....

I learned a long time ago we were lied to as a society. I don't always subscribe to the idea we were lied to un purpose.. What I do believe is we as a society have majorly missed the mark on who and what we are as beings and as a community. 

We are have so much potentials as individuals and so much potential as a community of souls living on this beautiful planet.

There is more then enough for everyone... More then enough food, water, love and whatever else we need. We are great beings... great lights!

Practicing Mindfulness Guided Meditation by: Purpose Fairy

All of us unless you are sitting on a mountain top away from everyone have stressful situations and things we have to face on a daily basis. The one thing I can tell you after 17 years of practicing meditation is we need this time for ourselves. Here is a great 10 minute meditatation that can help you. I would suggest wearing headphones, light some candles, incense and just relax for the next 10 minutes! Do this daily for a month and see how your life transforms.
